Jet Parts Engineering Names Taylor Blake, Vice President of Engineering
Seattle, WA – Jet Parts Engineering (JPE), a recognized leader in the development of PMA parts, DER repairs, and MRO services for commercial aircraft, today announced the promotion of Taylor Blake to Vice President of Engineering. In this expanded role, Taylor will lead JPE’s engineering organization, overseeing part design and certification programs, cross-functional technical operations, and the continued development of JPE’s FAA-approved PMA portfolio.
Taylor brings deep expertise in product engineering, program management, and system-level testing to the role. During her tenure at Jet Parts Engineering, she led a team of engineers focused on the design and certification of replacement parts for commercial aircraft, earning a reputation for technical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to quality at every stage of the development process. She holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
In her new capacity, Taylor will work closely with JPE’s commercial, sales, and operations teams to align engineering strategy with portfolio growth objectives. Her promotion reflects JPE’s continued investment in developing internal technical leadership as the company expands its integrated PMA, DER, and MRO capabilities.
