Jet Parts Engineering Welcomes New Regional Sales Manager - Southeast

Seattle, WA – Jet Parts Engineering (JPE) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacob Martinez as Regional Sales Manager, Southeast. In this role, Martinez will lead sales strategy and customer engagement initiatives in support of the company’s continued growth and expansion of its PMA and repair solutions across the Southeast region of the United States.

Martinez is a strategic sourcing and aviation supply chain professional with extensive experience across commercial aviation and military logistics leadership. Prior to joining JPE, he held a senior sourcing role at a large commercial airline operator, where he managed more than $500 million in heavy maintenance agreements and led complex contract negotiations with major aircraft manufacturers and OEM partners. In this role, he also drove PMA part strategy, approving 82 alternate solutions that generated $54 million in cost savings in 2024.

Earlier in his career, Martinez served in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led logistics operations supporting global missions. His responsibilities included coordinating equipment movements valued at more than $300 million and supervising teams of up to 40 personnel. His combined background in aviation sourcing and military leadership enables him to solve complex challenges, strengthen supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable, high-value results.

“Jacob brings a unique blend of airline-side experience, strategic sourcing expertise, and proven leadership to our organization,” said Alan Voeller, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Jet Parts Engineering. “His deep understanding of PMA adoption, supplier relationships, and customer value aligns directly with our mission to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to the market.”

In his new role, Martinez will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and aligning regional sales strategy with Jet Parts Engineering’s long-term growth objectives.

“I am excited to step into this new role and build upon the strong foundation of Jet Parts Engineering’s PMA program,” said Martinez.
