Cima Aviation Welcomes New Managing Director
Seattle, WA – Cima Aviation, a JPE company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Marlene Gonzalez as Managing Director, effective June 10, 2026. In this role, Gonzalez will lead Cima Aviation’s operational and commercial strategy, driving continued growth in the company’s fuel and hydraulic component MRO capabilities and reinforcing its customer-first approach to aviation maintenance.
Gonzalez brings over three decades of aerospace industry experience, with a distinguished career spanning operations leadership, procurement management, and commercial strategy. Prior to joining Cima Aviation, she served as General Manager and Accountable Manager at a leading MRO organization, where she held P&L accountability, oversaw FAA regulatory compliance, led workforce development initiatives, and drove strategic growth. Throughout her career, she has held senior leadership roles at several respected aerospace organizations, building deep expertise in operational excellence, global supply chain management, ERP implementation, lean process improvement, and business development.
A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Gonzalez is fluent in both English and Spanish and has extensive experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams across global operations. She is recognized for her strategic vision, her ability to drive meaningful cultural change, and her commitment to building high-performing organizations.
