Jet Parts Engineering Announces Acquisition by TransDigm Group

Seattle, WA – Jet Parts Engineering (JPE), a recognized leader in the development of PMA parts, DER repairs, and MRO solutions for commercial aircraft, today announced that it has been acquired by TransDigm Group (NYSE: TDG), a leading global designer, producer, and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components.
The acquisition was completed as part of TransDigm’s previously announced transaction that also includes Victor Sierra Aviation Holdings. Jet Parts Engineering will continue to operate under its existing brand, leadership team, and customer-first approach.
